Phase 1
Self Reflection & Evaluation

Each member of your team analyses their own personal change style using proven tools, including a trusted psychological testing tool. They'll discover their key needs, avoidances and fears relating to your change, based on their unconscious motivations.

Phase 2
One-on-one review

As the team leader, you'll conduct guided one-on-one reviews with your team members to discuss the results of their test. This is your chance to uncover how they think they respond to change and talk about what you've noticed as their manager.

Phase 3
Change leadership workshop
