Self Reflection & Evaluation
Each member of your team analyses their own personal change style using proven tools, including a trusted psychological testing tool. They'll discover their key needs, avoidances and fears relating to your change, based on their unconscious motivations.
Phase 2
One-on-one review
As the team leader, you'll conduct guided one-on-one reviews with your team members to discuss the results of their test. This is your chance to uncover how they think they respond to change and talk about what you've noticed as their manager.
Phase 3
Change leadership workshop
First we facilitate a customised change leadership workshop with your senior leadership team to model the process. We then give you everything you need for them to run it with their own teams. Our facilitation pack and materials are tailored and customised to your needs and brand.
